Mini pavlovas with Handful peach in vanilla sauce

We would like to share with you small part of cooking skills Milice from Milinog kuvara, and she prepared delicious desert with Handful freeze dried peach.

Freeze dried fruit you can use as a snack but also as a part of your cooking special ingredients. Don’t forget it is fruit prepared with special freeze dried technique that is up till know best way of preserving fruits and vegetable after fresh fruits.

Puslica:
3 eggs whites room temperature
150 g sugar
1 spoon wheat starch
1 small spoon of viniger
1 spoon Handful breskve crashed

Vanilla sauce:
2 yolk
50 g sugar
120 ml milk
90 ml cream
1 spoon of Handful peach crashed
1 vanilla stick

Mascarpone cream:
200 g mascarpone cheese
1-2 spoon sugar powder
2 spoons of mil

Handful peach, freeze dried peach for serving

Preparation:

Oven heat at 130 C, use baking paper. Eggs whites blended adding sugar until you get nice and smooth texture. Add wheat starch, viniger and Handful peach, pa ponovo mutite minut-dva da se sve sjedini.
