Mini tart with vanilla cream and Handful strawberry

Vanilla cream:

2 yolks;

60g sugar;

25g corn starch;

240ml milk;

vanilla.

Cream with Handful strawberry

80ml sour cream; 

1 bag Handful strawberry.

Biscuit:

150g flour;

100g coconut flour;

pinch of salt;

50g sugar powder;

100g butter;

1egg.

Preperation:

Heat oven on 160 degrees. Blend all dry ingredients, then add egg. On the end add very cold butter, cut in small pieces. Work it until pastry become ready for the next step. Roll out pastry with roller pin app on 0.5cm. Cut pieces with round modal, then put it in modal. Press each piece with beans or something heavy not to rise during the baking. Bake 15 minutes.

Cream preparation:

Meanwhile, add sugar in yolks and mix it until become lighter. Add corn starch and mix it. Milk heat in deeper pot not too hot.

Then add yolks with constant mixing.
Add vanilla and cooked on lower temperature still mixing. Leave it to cool down.

Cream with Handful strawberry:

Handful strawberries blend in dust. Mix sour cream and add Handful strawberries. Small biscuits fill with vanilla cram and on the end add cram with Handful strawberries and fresh fruits.

Cupcakes sa Handful breskvama i karamelom

Sastojci za mafine, mera je šolja od 2.5dl:

2 jajeta,1 šolja kristal šećera,1 šolja brašna,1 šolja griza,1 prašak za pecivo,1/2 šolje ulja,1 šolja mleka,15g Handful sušenih breskvi, samlevenih, 1 konzerva kompota od breskve
1. Zagrejte rernu na 180°C. U činiji mutite jaja sa šećerom oko 5 minuta. Dodajte, brašno, griz, prašak za pecivo, samlevene sušene breskve i ulje pa nastavite da mutite dok se sastojci ne povežu. Sipajte mleko i sjedinite
2. Breskve iz kompota isecite na komadiće, ali ostavite sa strane jednu celu breskvu koja će vam trebati za dekoraciju. Isečene breskve dodajte u testo.
3. Kalup za mafine obložite papirom za pečenje pa u njega razdelite smesu. Pobrinite se da svaki mafin ima komadiće breskve. Pecite oko 25 minuta, dok ne porumene i fino narastu.
4. Izvadite ih iz kalupa i stavite na rešetki da se sasvim ohlade pre filovanja. Ukoliko ne filujete istog dana, mafine čuvajte u dobro zatvorenoj kutiji.

Sastojci za krem:

30g belog brašna 
120g šećera 
1 vanil šećer 
270ml punomasnog mleka 
200g omekšalog putera 
15g Handful sušenih breskvi, samlevenih397g zaslađenog kondezovanog mleka u konzervi
1. Brašno, šećer i vanil šećer pomešajte sa nekoliko kašika mleka i mešajte žicom dok ne dobijete žitku smesu bez grudvica. Ostatak mleka stavite da se kuva pa kad provri skinite ga sa vatre  i u tankom mlazu sipajte smesu od brašna, neprestano mešajući.Vratite na vatru i kuvajte dok puding ne počne da baca ključ. Nakon toga prespite ga u činiju i tesno ga pokrijte streč folijom. Ostavite puding da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.
2. Napravite karamel. Konzervu kondenzovanog mleka stavite u šerpu i prelijte vodom tako da je poptuno prekrije pa je kuvajte poklopljenu na tihoj vatri 2h. Ostavite da se sasvim ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi pre otvaranja. 
3. Dodajte polovinu karamela u puding od brašna u mutite da se sjedine. U posebnoj činiji kremasto umutite puter, pa mu dodajte kašiku po kašiku karamel pudinga. Dobijeni krem odmah filujte preko mafina koristeći špric kesu i nastavak po želji.
4.. Svaki cupcake ukrasite kriškom breskve iz kompota i pospite sa izdašnom količinom sušenih breskvica.

Mini Pavlove with Handfull strawberry dressing

For base:
6 egg white, temperature
340g sugar powder
1 spoon gustin
2 spoons fresh lemon juice

  1. Preheat oven 150°C. Mix egg whites slowly in the beginning then faster. Then add 2 spoons of sugar, then 2 by 2 until you use it all. .
  2. It must be well done mixed.
  3. Gustin mix with lemon juice and add it to previous cream.
  4. On baking paper and make the 10cm circles same size with pen. Then in the middle of each circle put the mixture
  5. Low the temperature for oven on 120°C (ventilator 100°C) and bake for 30 minute. Then lower the temperature on 100°C (80°C) and bake for 1 more hour. Turn off the oven and leave the pavloves inside to cool down. Don’t open the oven.

Strawberries dressing:

1 Handfull strawberry bag
240ml water
100g sugar
lemon juice

  1. In blender put all the ingredients and blend it for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir it in jar and leave it in freeze for 10 minutes.

Final part:

500ml sweet cream
3 spoons sugar powder
1 bag Handfull strawberry, grounded
fresh fruit (red cranberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

  1. On each cake put 2 spoons of sweet cream mix.
  2. Sip one or two spoons of strawberry dressing and put fresh fruits above.

Pineapple Queen – Cheesecake out of Handful pineapple

Real summer cake.

👑🍍Pineapple Queen🍍👑

For base:

▫️250 g wholemeal ground flour
▫️150 g ground almonds (nuts, hazelnuts…)
▫️3 spoons of coconut protein
▫️125 g melted butter
▫️Juice out of 1 lemon
▫️2-3 spoon of honey
▫️2-3 spoons of coconut milk

Mix together all ingredients well. Stir it in mold 24cm size covered with baking paper. Leave it in freeze until you preparing cream part.

Cream:
▫️500 g mascarpone cheese
▫️4 spoon of sour cream
▫️100 g coconut sugar
▫️1 vanilla sugar
▫️1 gelatin
▫️300 ml sweet sour cream
▫️1 @handfulfreezedriedfruit freeze dried pineapple (40 g)

Mix cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Leave it aside.
Gelatin make it with few cold water spoons and leave it to work.
In the meantime, mix sweet sour cream.
Gelatin warm on 15 seconds. In this add two spoons cheese mix and then with the rest of it.
Mix it with sour cream mix.
Add Handful pineapple freeze dried fruit and slowly mix it.
Stir it over the base and leave it over the night.

Cover cream:
▫️200 g white chocolate
▫️200 ml sweet cream
▫️1 little spoons of vanilla
▫️1/2 bag @handfulfreezedriedfruit pineapple freeze dried fruit (20g)

Mix all the above ingredients and cooked it in low temperature. Leave it for 10 minutes and then mix it.
Stir it over the cake.

Raffaello 365

Today Marina Damnjanovic (@marina.damnjan) and Handful, brings you receipe Raffaello with strawberry in which you can enjoy 365 days in the year.

Main ingredients are Handful freeze dried strawberry. This special technique where fruits are first frozen and then dehydrated in special chambers, allows us to enjoy fruit in their natural colors, smells and taste with no artificial ingredients.

Ingredients:
• 500 g fresh low fat cheese
• 130 g coconut flour
• 130 g coconut crunches
• 10 spoons of honey
• 200g dark chocolate
• 2 spoons coconut oil
• 100g Handful strawberry

Mix together cheese, coconut flour and crunches and honey. Out of this make small balls. Around each freeze dried strawberry, put a little of the cooled mixture, forming them into balls, so that the strawberry is in the center. Freeze it. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and dip the balls into chocolate. Leave it in freeze for 2 hours.

Winter days brings us so many joy, but also the fact that we spend more time inside. If you are a mom, then you know that this could be challenging with kids and how to animate them.

In colabaration with Vanja from IG @kafamami, we brings you an idea for activity that will be interesting to your kids and also you will have tasty snack for them. It is important that we teach our kids about healthy food and the best way is to doing it through practical example. And there is no better idea then healthy chocolate 🙂

Ingredients :

White chocolate – 300g Greek yogurt, 50 g honey, little lemon juice. Mixed all ingredients and in thinner layer put it on baking paper. Decorate with Handful fruits and let it cold for an couple hour.  
Dark chocolate – 80g dark chocolate, 30g honey i 3 spoons of coconut oil. Melt all ingredients on stem, put it on baking paper, add Handful freeze dried fruits by your choice and leave it in fridge for couple hours.

Healthy cake with Handful pineapple

When it comes to healthy food adviser, she is one of the best. Zvezdana thank you for the wonderful cooperation.

Ingredients:

100g butter, 2 eggs, 1 small spoon of vanilla extract, 80g hazelnut flour, 35g coconut flour, pinch of salt, 130g coconut sugar, 20g Handful freeze dried pineapple (1/2bag), 40g of dark chocolate

Preheat oven on 180 C degrease.

Melt butter and cool it down. Add eggs and vanilla and mixed together for an 2 minutes. All dried ingredients mixed together and add to wet ingreadients with spoon. Pineapple pieces add on the end.

Oiled baking pan with coconut oil and bake it around 50minutes. When its over, cut it and coat it with dark chocolate + pineapple pieces for decoration.

*Cake could stand in fridge for 3 days
