You need the following ingredients to prepare this recipe:
- 1 cup of almond milk (soy, cow’s milk, …)
- ¼ cup of chia seeds
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 bag of Handful pineapple
- A few cut almonds
Preparation:
Mix the milk, chia seeds and honey in a bowl and leave them in the fridge overnight.
Serve the pudding in glasses, sprinkled with Handful pineapple.
