The fastest cake on earth
You need the following ingredients to prepare this recipe:
- 1 package of ladyfingers
- 2 large 700g tubs of sour cream of 700 containing 20% mm
- 250 g of powdered sugar
- One 500 ml tub of Hole’s whipping cream
- 1 bag of Handful peach
Preparation:
Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar using a wooden spoon. Divide it into two parts.
To one part, add Handful peach, which has previously been crumbled with a rolling pin.
First, layer the biscuits, soaked in orange juice, then the first filling with sour cream and the second filling with sour cream and peaches. Repeat the procedure twice over. Finally, cover it all with whipped cream.
Decorate with slices of Handful peach.
