For preparation you will have to have:
- 250gr dark chocolate
- 250gr butter
- 4 eggs
- 160gr sugar
- 120gr flour
Preparation:
Melt chocolate and butter on a steam, mixing it gently. Leave it to cold. Turn heat on 250 C
In separate bowl mix flour, sugar and eggs and mix it until become nicely done. Add cold chocolate with butter. Add Handful fruit by your choise.
Fill souffle bowls with prepared mix and bake it for 7 minutes.
Additional advice: you can add different Handful fruit in each bowl!
