You need the following ingredients to prepare this recipe:

  • 1 cup of almond milk (soy, cow’s milk, …)
  • ¼ cup of chia seeds
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 bag of Handful pineapple
  • A few cut almonds

Preparation:

Mix the milk, chia seeds and honey in a bowl and leave them in the fridge overnight.

Serve the pudding in glasses, sprinkled with Handful pineapple.
